There's no strict minimum, but volume discounts start at 10 units. For orders under 10 items, standard retail pricing applies.
Typical turnaround is 2-3 weeks from proof approval, depending on quantity. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee. Contact us with your deadline and we'll let you know what's possible.
We do not offer refunds on personalized products. We will replace items that had personalization issues created by Kerri Crafts It. For example, if you provided a name and we spelled it wrong on the item, we will cover it. However, if you provided the misspelled name and we engraved it as provided, we will not cover the replacement.
We prefer vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) for the best results. High-resolution PNG files (300+ DPI) can also work. We'll help you optimize your artwork if needed.
Yes! We can ship orders to a single location or drop-ship to multiple addresses. Just provide the shipping list with your order and we'll take care of the rest.
